Rainbow band to perform at Sicilian Festival for third straight year

SAN DIEGO – Rainbow-based band Franco Z and Z-BOP! will perform from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on the Beech Street stage in Little Italy, Sunday, May 23. Admission is free. And so is dancing in the street. The band has been touted as “the most versatile jazz band on the West Coast.”

The band will also open at 9 p.m., Tuesday, May 25 at The Tipsy Crow (formerly The Bitter End), 770 Fifth Ave. in the Gaslamp District.
