North County residents have benefited greatly from Supervisor Bill Horn’s leadership in many ways including ensuring San Diego County’s AAA bond rating and improving public safety.
As a community volunteer in unincorporated Fallbrook, I appreciate that he understands the importance of helping non-profit organizations with funding for which there is no other funding source. Non-profits fill in governmental gaps by providing volunteer opportunities, jobs and services. The Neighborhood Reinvestment Program returns tax revenue to these non-profits that benefits government, communities and those in need.
The non-profits in Fallbrook add to its vibrancy, which helps keep property values up and makes our community a better place to live.
Supervisor Horn works closely with community leaders and residents, responding to their concerns and often carrying their messages to state and national leaders. He is a proven leader and deserves our support for reelection!
