The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office said this morning that the man that committed suicide with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the upper chest was a Fallbrook resident.
John Sinderhold, 57, was underneath a bridge located on Stewart Canyon Drive near Old Highway 395 when he called 911 Friday, June 18 at about noon. Sinderhold told the emergency line operator that he was going to shoot himself.
