Supervisors adjourn meeting in memory of Vessels

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors adjourned their September 14 meeting in memory of Frank Vessels III, who had lived in Bonsall prior to the August 11 plane crash in Oregon which took his life.

“Frank was an icon in North County, and he will be greatly missed,” said Supervisor Bill Horn, who read the adjournment in memory. “Frank Vessels was a well-known horse breeder and a prominent member of the Bonsall community.”
