FALLBROOK – Registration for the Fallbrook National Junior Basketball (NJB) is open now through Oct. 25. NJB is a recreational league for boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grade that includes high quality uniforms and referees.
Boys and girls in third through eighth grade play separately with most games at Fallbrook High School. Kindergarten through second grade teams are co-ed and their games are played at Sullivan Middle School. Each player gets a jersey and a ball.
Player skill evaluations for boys and girls in third through eighth grades are scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 24 at Fallbrook High School. Details are available online. The Fallbrook High School Warriors continue to work closely with Fallbrook NJB and are hosting their seventh Annual Warrior Hoops Basketball Clinic on Oct. 25 at the high school.
The boys’ high school coaches and players instruct the fundamental skills of basketball in a fun environment for boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grades. Cost is $20. Registration is at 6 p.m. and the clinic is 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This is also the last opportunity to register for Fallbrook NJB.
