Daughters of the American Revolution to hear about veterans' memorial wall

FALLBROOK - The Monserate Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) will meet at the Vista Valley County Club, 29354 Vista Valley Drive, in Vista on Thurs., Oct. 21, at 11:30 a.m. The featured speaker will be Charlotte Perry, who will talk about the Mt. Soledad Association Veterans Memorial Wall. Guests are welcome.

The luncheon is $20 per person payable in advance. The Daughters of the American Revolution is open to women 18 and older who can prove lineal descent from a patriot who fought or gave aid to the cause during the Revolutionary War. Help is available. For more information,...
