Firefighters to hold second annual golf tourney for charity

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Firefighters Association has announced its Second Annual Golf Tournament for charity will be held Friday, October 22, at the Golf Club of California. The event will begin with registration at 11 a.m., contests at noon, and a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The event, open to the public, will feature prizes, a raffle, lunch and dinner. Cost is $125; dinner-only tickets $25. Dinner is scheduled to begin with a social hour at 6 p.m.

Organizer Joel Hammer says money raised at this year’s event will benefit Code 3 for the Cure (cancer cause), the Fallbrook Food Pantry, ALS – Lou Gehrig Foundation S.D. County, and the Firefighters Association.
