William (Bill) Schling

William (Bill) Schling passed due to cardiac arrest on Sept. 16, 2010. He was born in Paterson, N.J. on April 26, 1936 to Max and Molly Schling (both deceased). Beloved husband, father, uncle and friend to all he met.

Bill was a trained chemical engineer educated at Georgia Tech. He worked at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey during the Viet Nam war supplying weapon and bomb making expertise. He then moved to Ohio and started work at TRW Systems and soon transferred to TRW Space Park in Redondo Beach, Calif. for 12 years.
