DUI determined to be cause of truck being rammed into home

The driver of the truck that plowed into a home on the 1200 block of Old Stage Road on September 24 was found to be driving under the influence, said California Highway Patrol sergeant Tom Greenstone.

Craig Shobe, a 41-year-old Fallbrook resident, was driving his truck at approximately 10:36 p.m. on September 24, when he veered off the road into the yard of a home before plowing through a fence and into the structure.
