FALLBROOK – The Excalibur Chapter of The Daughters of the British Empire (DBE) is in the process of planning a Jubilee Tea for Saturday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. to take place at Fallbrook United Methodist Church.
The Jubilee Tea is a celebration of the DBE’s 100-year anniversary. The club is open to women of English birth or ancestry from any British Commonwealth country. The DBE is a philanthropic organization which supports four retirement homes across the United States, and also contributes to numerous Fallbrook charities.
Mothers and daughters that are members of the San Luis Rey Chapter of National Charity League will be generously donating their time to the event to assist with serving.
In addition to delectable tea fare, guests will enjoy live entertainment and an auction full of special items.
