County adopts tribal gaming impact resolution

The Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians is willing to share gaming revenue with the County of San Diego to mitigate the off-reservation impacts of its casino operations. Neither the tribe nor the county likes the idea of the money becoming part of the state general fund.

On September 28 the San Diego County Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution urging the governor to provide tribal gaming revenue to local governments for various impacts.
