Ruth Nadine Sciumbato

Ruth Nadine Sciumbato, 84, passed away Oct. 6, 2010 in Fallbrook, Calif. She was born August 26, 1926 in Yakima, Wash.

A homemaker, Ruth is survived by her husband of 61 years, Pete Sciumbato; son Vince Sciumbato, San Diego; daughter and son-in-law Valerie and Steve Spooner, Poway; granddaughters Bethany, Jennie and Sarah Spooner, San Diego; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Erin and John Vanderveen, and great-grandson William Vanderveen, San Diego; and sister Lois Burnett, Rocklin, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mattie Ljungren, four sisters and one brother.
