Water board candidates share outlook

Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD), which is responsible for providing water to a 28,000 square acre coverage area in and around the unincorporated community of Fallbrook, has board seat number four open for vote with incumbent Al Gebhart and candidate Archie McPhee vying for the position. Milt Davies, incumbent holding seat number five, is uncontested in the election and will be automatically be placed in the position for another term.
