Nominations open Nov. 1 for Healthcare Hero award 2011

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Healthcare District will welcome nominations for the third annual Healthcare Hero award on Nov. 1. Any person residing in Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow or DeLuz is invited to submit the name of an individual who they think is deserving of being named Healthcare Hero 2011.

The annual program recognizes two individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to the health and wellbeing of the residents of this community. The nominee does not have to live in this community, but their work must be of direct benefit to those who live here.
