Supervisors approve Los Alisos Drive rezone and GPA

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved a zone reclassification and general plan amendment (GPA) for an 11.36-acre parcel in the 2700 block of Los Alisos Drive.

The supervisors’ 5-0 vote October 13 retains the A70 (limited agriculture) zoning but reduces the minimum lot size from ten acres to two acres while changing the land use designation from General Agriculture (20) to Estate Residential (17).
