A recent gang injunction against an Oceanside gang has raised several questions among Fallbrook residents about whether or not the gang presence in Fallbrook may require an injunction as well.
According to Lt. Mike Barnett, commander of the Fallbrook Sheriff’s substation, a gang injunction has “always been an option” when dealing with gang crime, though when it comes to Fallbrook, the process may not have been officially discussed with the county’s District Attorney’s office.
