76-year-old man sentenced 35 years for sexual assault of 6-year-old San Jacinto girl

MURRIETA - A 76-year-old man who sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl in a San Jacinto alley was sentenced today to 35 years in prison.

Oscar Enrique Espinosa was convicted July 27 of sexual intercourse with a child under 10 years old and two counts of lewd acts on a child under 14.

Riverside County Superior Court Judge Albert J. Wojcik imposed the maximum term for the first charge, as well as one of the lesser counts, but handed down a lower term for the remaining count.
