Free concert offered at St. Stephen's

FALLBROOK – St. Stephen Lutheran will host a free concert featuring the Branches Band, a Christian band based out of Milwaukee, Wis. The concert takes place on Saturday, Dec. 18, at 4 p.m. The community is invited to bring lawn chairs, a picnic dinner, and a bottle of wine to enjoy with the music.
