National Weather Service issues hazardous weather outlook

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a hazardous weather outlook for inland valleys and lower deserts of extreme southwestern California.

Tonight (Sunday night) expect isolated thunderstorms with cloud to ground lightning strikes as a low pressure system moves through the area. Showers will linger after midnight...but the thunderstorm threat

will diminish by then.

Days two through seven (Monday through Saturday) there is no hazardous weather expected....
