In memory of Ruth McClure Picton who was born on Oct. 10, 1922, loving wife, mother and friend. Ruth passed away peacefully on Dec. 2, 2010 at her home in Fallbrook with her family at her side.
A devout Seventh-Day Adventist, Ruth spent her life dedicated to her church and family. Always putting herself last, Ruth touched the lives of everyone around her. She lived life to the fullest and left behind beautiful memories as her legacy.
She outlived two husbands, Arthur Hall and Douglas McClure, and is survived by her current husband, David Picton, along with five children, Arthur Hall McClure, Sandy McClure Massie, Scott McClure, Stewart McClure and Robert McClure. She also adored eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family invites you to Ruth’s memorial service at the Fallbrook Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 1200 Rainbow Valley Road, on Jan. 9, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with a potluck reception to follow.
