As a theist and Christian, I respect Jeff Nelson’s choices and values but do not fear them. I also argue with many of his inferences.

The late Anthony Flew, famous Oxford philosopher, converted from atheism to theism after studying the design evident in the intricate and complex molecular structure of the cell, concluding this could only come from a mind, the mind of God, and we must follow the evidence.

What about the evidence for the “big bang,” the cosmic event, the origin of space, time, matter and energy which requires a beginner, a fact that led Einstein with his theory of relativity to...
