Jeremiah's Ranch Support Group to explore relationships

FALLBROOK – The next meeting of the Jeremiah’s Ranch Support Group will feature Dr. Sarah Turner speaking on relationships on Saturday, May 18. The group will start with a potluck social at 2 p.m., followed by the guest speaker, at Live Oak Park, 2746 Reche Road. Families are invited to bring their own food/drinks and something to share. The meeting will end at 6 p.m.

Jeremiah’s Ranch was established in 2011 to meet the needs of families that have a child with a developmental disability. These needs include mutual support, friendship and current information. Jeremiah’s Ranch is being built in stages with the ultimate goal of having homes for the adult children and a community center for those of all ages.

While funds are being raised for housing, Jeremiah’s Ranch has been busy. The organization is also responsible for bringing Special Olympics to Fallbrook for the first time. The Fallbrook team came home with a silver medal in its very first competition last year. Jeremiah’s Ranch is meeting the needs of all ages and different disabilities. The needs of these families are great and Jeremiah’s Ranch is here providing solutions to these needs.
