FALLBROOK - Donations to programs benefiting several worthy groups were approved by the board of directors of the Angel Society of Fallbrook at its meetings in February and March.
A total of $10,000 was awarded to the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County to help sponsor its annual summer swim programs and field trips. The organization serves more than 1,500 local children annually and about 600 kids daily at six locations.
The Fallbrook Community Center was given $3,000 in support for its Summer Day Camp for kids. The program offers several educational activities, as well as sports and game...
