Study shows human trafficking in SD County has between 8,830 and 11,773 victims per year; generates annual income of $810 million

California Assemblymember Marie Waldron, District 75 (R), has reported that she has coauthored Senate Concurrent Resolution 88 (SCR 88), which proclaims January 2016 as Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Waldron stated the following:
