Carter graduates from Colby College

WATERVILLE, Maine – Samantha M. Carter of Fallbrook was one of 482 seniors who graduated May 27, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, receiving a bachelor’s degree in sociology at the college’s 197th commencement.

Carter attended Julian Charter School and is the daughter of Ramon and Nikoel Carter of Fallbrook.
