Robinson joins team at Coldwell Banker Village Properties

FALLBROOK – In all the years she's lived in Fallbrook, Harlee Robinson said what she loves most about the "Friendly Village" is "the small-town feel." Driven and bright with a down-to-earth quality, she said she is excited to begin her real estate career in the local community and among familiar faces she has grown to love.

As a local, Robinson has the advantage of knowing Fallbrook intimately. She has attended many of the Local Events – from the Avocado Festival to Fallbrook Summer Nights – and is familiar with the businesses and residents.

Robinson moved to Fallbrook when she was 8 years old. She attended school through Fallbrook Oasis, a homeschool option of Fallbrook High School. She enjoyed her experience being brought up with a ranch lifestyle with many animals and even learning what it takes to take care of a grove.

One of Robinson's earliest passions started at the age of five when she started ballet classes, which she continued for 18 years. After moving to Fallbrook, she studied martial arts locally for 15 years, ultimately becoming a second-degree black belt in taekwondo and third-degree black belt in hapkido.

Robinson not only achieved these goals but worked as an instructor for many years teaching martial arts to all ages and participated in many fundraisers put on by Fallbrook's Martial Art Concepts studio for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Haylee Gee. It was during this time, Robinson developed a passion for helping others.

Robinson has been involved in her family business, Fallbrook Spine Center, which her father Dr. Dean A. Robinson has owned and operated in Fallbrook for the past 15 years. Currently, Robinson is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business and accounting to enhance her real estate career.

Adding range to her experience, Robinson worked for a scuba shop as the lead sales associate. It was during her time at the scuba shop that she became a certified scuba diver in 2014, and she continues to dive as much as possible. Robinson has had a love for the ocean since she was 3 years old when she and her family lived a year aboard their sailboat.

Robinson started working as a front desk receptionist at Bonsall's Coldwell Banker Village Properties in 2016, where her interest in real estate flourished. She most enjoyed interacting with clients and getting to see their excitement after buying or selling a home. Two years later, she decided to pursue her own license, and she passed her exam earlier this year. The skills and stick-to-it attitude she has learned from her variety of experiences will be a plus for both her and anyone she works with, she said.
