Residents can grow their own food at Fallbrook Community Garden

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook, Bonsall and Rainbow residents who are interested in gardening but don’t have adequate space in their yard can utilize the Fallbrook Community Garden to grow fresh produce. A total of 29 raised garden beds are available for lease. Organic gardening methods are encouraged and participants will have the opportunity to meet other gardening enthusiasts.

Yearly leases range from $60 to $70, depending on the bed size. The yearly lease fee covers use of the garden bed and water. The Fallbrook Community Garden is located at 1717 Alturas Road, Fallbrook.

Residents can sign up for a garden bed today and be on their way to enjoying the sunshine, soil and scenery while providing healthy food choices for their family.
