Real job numbers are better than reported by media

For the life of me I don't understand all the hateful attacks on a president who has done more in less than two years than others have done during their four- or eight-year terms.

Let’s get one thing straight: government does not create private sector jobs. It can only create government jobs, and God knows we have way too many of them.

Government could help create private sector jobs if they lowered the corporate tax rates. Oh, that's right, Trump is doing that. Government can help by releasing the stranglehold of needless regulations and bureaucratic red tape to let manufacturing bring good paying jobs back here. You can't buy American if it's not made here.

The jobs are here and more are coming. Again, the suffering we endured for eight years is a lot to make up, undo, and fix to make us strong again. Just getting rid of anti-business regulations is a monumental job. California alone is a behemoth of anti-business regulations and over the top taxes that strangle beyond belief. I speak from firsthand experience in the construction trade of 40 years and self-employment for over 23 years.

I remember when Mr. Obama stated, "Look, if you've been successful, you didn't get there on your own" and "If you've got a business, you didn't build that, somebody else made that happen"; I about fell off my chair!

We built our business and we paid our employees a very handsome wage to help get us there. I don't need someone who has never held a real job or created anything but community organization to tell me squat about the business we created in spite of the state and federal government in our affairs constantly. The nerve of some people!

We have a lot of hard work ahead of us and too bad the liberals won't put aside their petty hatefulness to work together to get things done. It is always the Republicans that have to come across the aisle, why is that? It is time to get serious about continuing the great economy we are rolling along with!
