Fallbrook Garden Club to hear from Boddaert

FALLBROOK – Roger Boddaert will be the featured speaker at the Fallbrook Garden Club’s general meeting Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane.

Social time, with refreshments, begins at 12:30 p.m. The business meeting follows at 1 p.m. and the program begins at 2 p.m.

Boddaert will share his colorful life as a landscape horticulturalist, certified tree man, licensed nurseryman, author, ecologist, and plant collector. He has worked on many projects in the Fallbrook community.

Well versed in artistic landscape design and horticulture, Boddaert has developed many gardens in Southern California. These landscapes range from organic to sustainable, from drought tolerant with succulents and native flora, to exotic plant gardens.
