CCHW group to hear about community wellness

FALLBROOK – The upcoming September meeting of the Fallbrook Community Collaborative for Health and Wellness will feature two speakers Monday, Sept. 17, 9-10:30 a.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District board room, 990 E. Mission Road, in Fallbrook.

Fire Chief Stephen Abbott from the North County Fire Protection District will provide updates on the current status of the fire department. The second presenter will be Armando Telles who will be speak about “Representation Matters: Why Community Involvement is Community Wellness.”

Anyone interested is welcome to attend. The CCHW is facilitated by the Fallbrook Regional Health District and Fallbrook Smiles Project, a local nonprofit program funded by the Fallbrook Regional Health District Community Health Contracts.
