Meadowood CFD resolution of intention, Joint Community Facilities Agreement approved

An April 10 San Diego County Board of Supervisors hearing approved a resolution of intention to form a Community Facilities District for Pardee Homes’ Meadowood development and also approved the Joint Community Facilities Agreement between the county, the San Diego County Flood Control District and the North County Fire Protection District which will part of that CFD.
