Rotary Service Day spent at Boys & Girls Clubs of North County

FALLBROOK – Members of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook forewent their regularly scheduled meeting to participate in a service project at the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County, June 13.

Over 20 Rotarians played games with boys and girls in the gym, created craft projects with them in the art room, taught them how to play foosball and pool in the games room, and helped fight summer learning loss by reading to them. The Ingold Clubhouse quickly filled with excitement as the children took turns at each activity, winning prizes and having fun with the Rotarians.

"The kids have such a wonderful time with the Rotarians," said Allison Barclay, CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County. "We really appreciate the quality time they spend with our kids as well as their continued support of the Club."
