Guest speaker San Diego Supervisor Jim Desmond shares his experience from 9/11. Desmond was and is currently a commercial pilot, and all flights were grounded immediately following the events of 9/11. He also discussed all of the changes made in procedure as a reaction the threat of hijacking.
