Hope Clinic for Women to host annual gala

FALLBROOK – Hope Clinic for Women is pleased to invite the community to its annual fundraising gala events Feb. 21 and 22, where they will host special guest Pam Stenzel, the founder of Enlighten Communications.

Stenzel tackles today's tough issues of sex with candor, insight and humor. She believes in young people's ability and willingness to make good choices, if given appropriate information. She will address concerns related to California's new mandated sex education and HCW's continued focus on delivering the best educational options for teens and young adults.

At the program guests will hear Stenzel share her personal story of being a child conceived by rape whose teen mother chose adoption for her.

All events will be held at SonRise Christian Fellowship located at 463 S. Stagecoach Lane. Groups are welcome. Seating is limited, so reservations are required for all events.

· Friday, Feb. 21, from 9-11 a.m .: A classroom type session called, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" addressing questions related to current California sex ed for moms, dads, teachers, administrators, pastors, etc. – $25 per person.

· Saturday, Feb. 22, from 6-6:45 p.m .: A VIP catered event where guests will enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by Chef Marissa Gerlach and meet the speaker and other special guests – $50 per person.

· Saturday, Feb. 22, from 7-8:30 p.m .: The annual HCW Love Life program that is free to all attending. Music will be provided by Allen Sargent. Open seating.

Those underwriting the Gala receive eight complimentary passes for the VIP event Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. Because this is a major fundraiser for HCW, all guests will have the opportunity to provide a donation at the event.
