Flynn judge asks higher court to allow more time for decision

The federal judge presiding over the case of former Trump adviser retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has told the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals it should stay out of his decision to prolong the case even after the Department of Justice dropped the case against Flynn almost a month ago.
