A traffic collision required North County Fire to rescue at least one of the people involved in a crash in the area of Horse Ranch Creek Road and Andalusian Way on Saturday evening.
North County Fire officials reported that Horse Ranch Creek Road was closed to traffic and drivers were asked to avoid the area.
