New rent prices for Fallbrook are up on Zumper, an online and app-based apartment finder.
For those new to the service, Zumper can show the median rent, year-over-year change, and apartments for rent in a limited data report.
For a studio in Fallbrook, data as of Nov. 21 shows a median rent of $1,100, with a 2% year-over-year change. There are currently two studio apartments for rent.
For a one-bedroom apartment, median rent is currently $1,350, with a 0% year-over-year change, which is atypical, according to staff at Zumper. There are currently 22 one-bedroom apartments for rent.
A two-bedroom apartment has a median rent of $1,535, with a -1% year-over-year change. There are six two-bedroom apartments for rent.
A three-bedroom apartment has a median rent of $2,623, with a -1% year-over-year change. There are two three-bedroom apartments for rent.
And lastly, a four-bedroom apartment has a median rent of $3,100, with a 9% year-over-year change. The data for that size apartment for rent is currently unavailable.
Year-over-year change means the change in median price this month from the same month the year prior: for example, November 2020 in comparison to November 2019.
"Prices definitely tend to change over the course of a year, so a 0% year-over-year growth rate is definitely atypical, but we have limited listings in Fallbrook so that comes with a degree of uncertainty," staff said.
Zumper also provides a graph depicting rent prices ranging from 2014 to 2020.
