Fallbrook Camera Club presents annual awards

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Camera Club recently had an online meeting and presented awards for 2020. This has been a very different year for the Camera Club, as it has been for many people and groups. Early in 2020, the Club started online meetings. The Club completed the year with an online awards meeting instead of the usual banquet.

Awards were given in the following categories:

Projected Images – Color

First place: Here Comes The Sun, Heidi Gauthreaux

Second place: Sunset Over An Oregon Beach, Gary Freeman

Third place: Prelude To Blossom, Bill Carnahan

Honorable Mention awards were given to: Judy Jobe, Adrienne Myers, Rick Gauthreaiux and Ken Quigley.

Monochrome

First place: Illuminated Curves, Barbara Altevers

Second place: A Cold Day On The Prairie, Dennis Brown

Third place: Curves, Heidi Gauthreaux

Honorable Mention awards were given to: Rick Gauthreaux, Mike Reardon and Lin Craft.

Nature Open

Mike Reardon was awarded a president's plaque for his 5 years as president of the Fallbrook Camera Club. Rick and Heidi Gauthreaux and Lin Craft were given Hero’s Awards for their Outstanding Service to the Camera Club.
