Faulconer announces he will run for governor

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer on Monday officially began his campaign for governor, criticizing Gov. Gavin Newsom for such issues as income inequality and homelessness and pledging to begin the "California comeback."
