Wild Wonders introduces Poquito, the baby paca

Poquito is a baby paca, a kind of rodent, who was recently born at Wild Wonders in Bonsall.
BONSALL – The new year at Wild Wonders began with this little bundle of joy, Poquito, who was born to Pico and Piña, the two pacas that call Wild Wonders their forever home.
Pacas are very unusual rodents that are found in Central and South America, and their unique markings make them easy to identify. They primarily eat fruit, but they also enjoy nuts and seeds. Swimming is one of their favorite things to do, which is why their habitat comes complete with its own pool.
