San Diego County’s mid-year budget adjustments were approved by the county Board of Supervisors, March 16, including appropriating $227,000 for Bonsall Community Park.
The supervisors’ 5-0 vote appropriated the funding for what is listed as the Moosa Downs Active Recreation Node of the San Luis Rey River Park, but what the county’s Department of Parks and Recreation is calling Bonsall Community Park.
