The American flag is raised from half-staff to the top of the pole at noon during the Memorial Day ceremony at the Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery. According to the US Department of Veterans Affairs, on Memorial Day the flag is to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to noon. At noon, the flag is raised quickly to the top where it will remain flying until sunset.
