Hope Walks to support moms and babies

FALLBROOK – Hope Clinic for Women will host “Hope Walks,” a free, fun, family virtual and in person fundraiser June 19 at The Vineyard 1924 at 1924 E. Mission Road. Income from the walk will provide much needed operational funds for HCW.

The goal this year is $10,000 in sponsorships and pledges from the community. Friends attending “Hope Walks” may set their own fundraising goal for the walk and register as a participant at https://secure.ministrysync.com/ministrysync/event/?e=21142. If guests cannot attend the walk or have concerns regarding public events due to COVID-19, HCW encourages them to walk in their neighborhood or at other sites they feel comfortable alone or with a few family members and friends.

Snacks, water, and coffee are provided. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, to wear hats and to bring sunscreen and to wear shoes appropriate for walking through the vineyard. If some are concerned about the downhill and uphill walk; they may choose a portion of the walk that is on flat ground.

HCW welcomes all to come and simply enjoy each other and the beautiful venue. Teens may earn community service hours at the walk. For assistance in sponsoring or registering for the walk or for more information about volunteering, contact Carolyn at 760-728-4105 Ext 10 or [email protected].
