Expanded traffic collision reported, vehicle on it's side blocking traffic

An expanded traffic collision between two vehicles has been reported at 2:45 pm on SR 76 and Thoroughbred. CHP is reporting that one car is "perpendicular blocking two lanes".

People are reporting from the scene that a black SUV is overturned and bystanders are helping to get the driver and children out of the vehicle.
