Newcomers Club announces Vintage Holiday Dinner Dance

FALLBROOK – At the Fallbrook Newcomers Club September Social Meeting they had a dynamic monthly speaker, new members joining, coffee, refreshments, and social time. There are always lots of fun activities to sign up for, like the Olive Grove Tour in November. Their next social meeting will be Nov. 11.

They are fortunate to have the leader of one of Fallbrook's loveliest gems, the Grand Tradition, to inform and enhance the November social meeting. Don McDougal, president and CEO of the Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens, will share the extraordinary history, as well as the grandeur of this venue, where they will hold their Vintage Holiday Dinner Dance Dec. 15.

McDougal is active in many community organizations and is on the Board of Directors of the Fallbrook Public Utility District. He has been involved with the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, Fallbrook Village Association, Rotary Club of Fallbrook, and Fallbrook Beautification Alliance. The club looks forward to getting to know another involved member of their community.

Fallbrook Newcomers Club is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization dedicated to promoting friendship among new residents through fun activities, events, and social opportunities in which they all can participate.

Anyone who is new to the area, has lived here for three years or less, and wishes to learn more about Fallbrook Newcomers and would like to join or attend a meeting as a guest, can email them at [email protected].
