That's unconstitutional, isn't it?

FALLBROOK – If you've ever wondered "Can they do that? Isn't that unconstitutional?". . .there is a weekly class being offered on the Constitution. Mr. Constitution himself, Douglas V. Gibbs, is teaching the Constitution series every Tuesday morning, 11 a.m. to noon, at 911 E. Elder Street.

The cost is $10 at the door, handouts included. Homeschoolers welcome. Residents can get a better understanding of the document politicians, sheriffs, military, and law enforcement officers have sworn to uphold.

The next class is May 10. No registration is needed.
