One person was taken to Temecula Valley Hospital with injuries sustained in a multi-vehicle collision at 11:02 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Mission Road and Quail Knoll Road in Fallbrook. Another woman, who had minor injuries, refused to be transported to hospital. The three-vehicles involved included a black Nissan Cube, a silver sedan, and a purple sedan. The accident is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol. North County Fire Protection District responded with an engine, ambulance and a chief officer.
