Where to take unused medicine

There are times when medicines expire and need to be disposed of, or even when someone passes and has lots of medications left at home. Such medicines and supplements cannot be put in the trash or down the sink. At the Fallbrook Sheriff's Substation on Alvarado Street, just to the right inside the door, there is a collection bin (RX Drop Box) for those medicines and supplements.
