FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook VFW and its Auxiliary presented two $1000 scholarships to two very deserving young ladies. Rose Wagner and Tiahna Padilla are the recipients of the Fallbrook VFW's Elizabeth J. Gilby Memorial Scholarship 2022.
