Eldercare lawyer to speak at Parkinson's Support Group meeting

FALLBROOK – North County Parkinson’s Support Group Fallbrook invites anyone interested to join its monthly meeting, Friday June 24, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Fallbrook Regional Health District’s Wellness Center, 1636 E. Mission Road.

The guest speaker will be Richard Scott Stewart, Eldercare Esq. Attorney at Law. His presentation is "Be Prepared – Legal & Financial Documents for PWP's and their Care partners."

As partner and principal of California Estate and Elder Law, Stewart is an innovative thought-leader and attorney who specializes in estate and elder care law. His niche is finding solutions to complex issues and helping clients deftly navigate through potentially-devastating situations.

His approach involves digging into the entire landscape of clients’ specific issues to expose a full range of choices and opportunities for improvement.
